Jeff Russell

Jeff Russell, 49, of Mabelvale, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, July 27th, 2011. He was born May 23rd, 1962 in Little Rock. He loved his family, his work and the time spent with his grandchildren. Jeff is survived by his wife of 27 years, Rhonda Russell; his daughter, Stephanie Hill; his three grandchildren; his mother-in-law, Janie Minnis; his three brothers; two half-brothers and a host of extended family and friends, all who will miss him dearly. He was preceded in death by his parents Joe and Floy Russell and his father-in-law, David Minnis.
