Margie Reap

Margie Reap passed away July 27, 2011. She was born in Milikin, Colorado, the daughter of L.M. and Bessie Neir Clancy. She moved to Santa Fe, New Mexico where she received her education in public schools. She was employed in Santa Fe with the U.S. Treasury Department Procurement Division for several years as the head of the Record Division. In later years, she gained employment as a statistician with the State Auditor of New Mexico. She met and married Alvin Reap in Santa Fe and they made their home in Little Rock. She was a longtime member of Pulaski Heights United Methodist Church. Preceded in death by her husband, she is survived by her daughter, Rebecca Reap of Little Rock; her son, John Reap and his wife, Charmian; grandchildren, Jackson Reap, Elizabeth Bohannon and husband, Jason; great-granddaughter, Charlotte Grace Bohannon and great-grandson, John Mitchell Bohannon, all of Dallas, Texas. Also surviving are a sister-in-law, Priscilla Carr and a long devoted friend, Mary Turney, both of Santa Fe. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, July 30 at 11 a.m. at Roselawn Memorial Park.
