Steven E. Skaggs, 57, of Mena, died Friday, March 18, 2011 in Fort Smith, Ark. Funeral services will Monday, March 21, 2011, 2 p.m. Beasley-Wood Chapel with Brother Robert Hill and Brother Mike Shaddon officiating. Interment will follow in Pinecrest under the direction of the Bealsey-Wood Funeral Home of Mena.
