Delia Eunice Horner Wilson, 71, of Vilonia, Ark., passed away at her home on Saturday, May 21, 2011. She was born in West Helena, Ark. on May 13, 1940. She was a graduate of North Little Rock High School in 1958. She was preceded in death by her parents, Aaron V. Horner of Helena, Ark. and Reola F. Williams Horner Wilson and Stepfather, Joseph B. Wilson of Rose City, Ark. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Sammie L. Wilson. She was a resident of Sherwood for 26 years before residing in Vilonia for the past 13 years.; three daughters and their spouses, Debra and Michael Wilmarth of Sherwood, Ark., Sharon and Steve Powell of Sherwood, Ark. and Deann and Michael Michael Campbell of Scott, Ark.; one step daughter and spouse, Wanda and Dennis Jamerson of Paradise, Calif.; two grandsons, Jonathon and Scott Staggs; three step-grandchildren, Josh Thomas, Brittney Poetzman and Dilan Jamerson; one great-granddaughter, Chloe M. Staggs; one brother and spouse John W. and Kathy Horner of Rose City, Ark.; two nieces, Shalenia Moseley and Jonna Redmond; Curry and Allen Frierson; the Cates family, plus numerous other cousins. A celebration of her life will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 25, 2011 in the chapel of Griffin Leggett-Rest Hills Funeral Home, 7724 Landers Road, North Little Rock 501-835-3515, with Bro. Wyman Richardson officiating. Our hearts are saddened by our loss, but we will rejoice in the fact that she is with family, friends and our savior Jesus Christ.
