Joseph William Hubbard

Joseph William Hubbard, age 87, of Casa passed away Sunday, May 22, 2011. He was born July 22, 1923 in the Round Mountain Community in Casa, Arkansas the son of Mark and Alva Fitch Hubbard. He was a retired Baptist Minister, a member of Hickory Grove Freewill Baptist Church and a disabled WWII Army Veteran serving in the Asian Theatre. Survivors include his wife of 68 years Ruby Cody Hubbard; three sons, Ronnie Hubbard and wife Phyliss of London, Leon Hubbard and wife Rhonda of Casa, Mark Hubbard and wife Deanna of Casa; daughter, Lois Wortman and husband Lanny of Morrilton; sister, Nettie Raney of Casa; 16 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be 2 p.m., Tuesday, May 24, 2011 at Harris Chapel with Bro. Cleo Young and Bro. Paul Geurian officiating.
