Anthony Paul (Tony) Gallien of Little Rock, Ark., was born November 15, 1949 in Opelousas, LA to the late Joseph Stephen and Annabell Gallien. Anthony went home to be with our Heavenly Father on Friday, November 11, 2011 .He was a United States Armed Forces Veteran. Anthony was a member of St. Mark Baptist Church. He was employed as a driver for Greyhound for over 25 years. Anthony leaves to treasure his memories, his wife of 26 years Brenda Gallien; son, Branton Gallien of Little Rock; daughter, Chernella Janise (Edgar) Baton Rouge, La.; four brothers, Stephen Gallien Jr. of Los Angeles, Calif., Jerome Gallien M.D. (Sherill) of Lake Charles, La., George Gallien (Laura) of Richmond, Ky. and Christopher Gallien (Karen) of Dallas, Texas; four sisters, Theresa Savoy( Gus), Bernadine Pickens (Steve) and Lois Gallien all of Houston, Texas; Patricia Gallien (Stanley) of New Orleans, La.; and two grandchildren. A celebration of his life will be Friday, November 18, 2011, 11 am, at St. Mark Baptist Church, 5722 West 12th St., Little Rock, Ark. Interment will follow with honors at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery, NLR, Ark. Arrangement by: Ruffin & Jarrett Funeral Home, 1200 South Chester St., LR (501) 372-1305.
