James "Jim" Bourgoin

James "Jim" Bourgoin, age 56, of Sherwood, formerly of Camden died Monday, November 14, 2011 at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church in North Little Rock, Ark. He is preceded in death by his father, Marcel Omer Bourgoin; brothers, Bobby Bourgoin and Donnie Bourgoin; and stepfather, Victor Beauchesne. He is survived by his wife, Veronica Bourgoin of Sherwood; sons, Wesley Bourgoin and Ryan Bourgoin both of Sherwood; daughter, Melissa Bourgoin of Little Rock; mother, Frances Beauchesne of Little Rock; sister, Barbara Highshoe and husband, Danny of Hollister, Mo.; sister-in-law, Jeannie Bourgoin of Mebane, North Carolina; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 10 a.m., Friday, November 18, 2011 at the First United Methodist Church in North Little Rock with burial 2 p.m., Friday at Memorial Park Cemetery in Camden. Rev. Gary Harrison will officiate the service. The family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m., Thursday at Huson Funeral Home in Sherwood. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
