Lucille Holmes

Lucille Holmes, 77, of North Little Rock formerly of Olive Branch, Mississippi passed away November 11, 2011. She was born on February 18, 1934 to the late Pryor and Emma Stephenson. Lucille moved to Chicago, IL. where later on in her life she accepted Christ and was a member on the usher board. She was employed at Acxiom for 30 years until she retired and then moved to North Little Rock, Ark. She was preceded in death by her husband; Edgar Holmes, parents; Pryor and Emma Stephenson, daughter; Harriet Smith. Lucille is survived by her six grandchildren; Anthony (Gilda) Lloyd, Sheritta (Gerald) Williams, Fredrick Anderson, Kimberly Anderson, William (Leslie) Smith and Charles Smith, son-in-law; George Smith, fourteen great-grandchildren, two cousins; Fredrick Payne and Jessie Payne, two aunts; Olivia Dunn, Odessa Stephenson and a host of relatives and friends. Family hour will be held Friday, November 18, 2011 from 6 p.m. - 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 19, 2011, 11 a.m. at King Solomon Baptist Church 1304 Pine St., North Little Rock, Ark.
