Opal Manerva Jones

Opal Manerva Jones, 85, of Little Rock, born March 10, 1926 in Malvern, Ark. to Cato and Sarah Williams, passed away on Saturday, November 12, 2011. She was a member of Allen Temple A.M.E. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Clifton Jones; and two sisters, Ruth Williams and Mary Helen Primm. She is survived by four children, Charles Clifton Jones, Jr., Beverly Helen James, Yvonne Denise Lowe, and Jo Ann Harris (Carlton). She is also survived by nine grandchildren, Tonya Bufford, Tommie Gill, Shantelle Gill, Kelly Davis, Wayne Bryant, Shavonne Hussey, Aundrea Beasley, Candace Giron, and Quinton Harris; and 11 great-grandchildren. Funeral Service will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, November 19, 2011, at Central Church of Christ in Little Rock with John Phillips, Jr. officiating.
