Larry Wayne Davis

Larry Wayne Davis, age 70, died on Wednesday, November 16th, 2011 at his home in Bryant, Ark. He was born March 20, 1941 to Noah Vernon Davis and Mary Dorothy Owens Davis in Fayetteville, Ark. He grew up in Ozark, Ark., and he graduated from the Arkansas State Teachers College (now the University of Central Arkansas) where he was a member of the Sigma Tau Gamma fraternity. He also served in the Arkansas National Guard. Larry had a long career in insurance and securities sales. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and being outdoors. He especially enjoyed deer hunting. He was predeceased by his father and mother, Noah and Mary Davis. He is survived by a daughter, Kristin Kay Davis of Little Rock; a son, Tylan Wayne Davis of Little Rock; a grandson, Zachary Ryan Kimbrow of Little Rock; a sister, Patricia Davis Hillard of Ozark; his former wife, Donna Petty Davis; and his dog, Karma.
