Paul Allen Malone

PAUL ALLEN MALONE, 95, of Little Rock, passed away on Friday, Oct. 21, 2011. He was born in Sterling, Neb., on March 5, 1916. Paul, a retired police officer and detective, proudly served his country in the Army and was awarded two bronze service stars, a good conduct medal, an American Defense Service Ribbon, an American Theater Ribbon, and the EAME Theater Ribbon. He is a member of Asbury United Methodist Church and was active in the Robert Moore Sunday School Class. Paul leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of over 69 years Evelyn; his brother in law of 67 years, Lewis Grounds; numerous nieces and nephews, and a host of extended family and friends, all whom will miss him dearly. Graveside services will be at Pinecrest Memorial Park on Tuesday, Oct. 25, 2011, at 11 a.m., with the Reverend David Moore officiating. Visitation will be on Tuesday, Oct. 25, beginning at 10 a.m., at Griffin Leggett Forest Hills Funeral Home, 10200 Hwy 5 North, Alexander, Ark., 72002, 501-455-1067.
