Steele Craig

Steele Craig, 80, of North Little Rock, Arkansas passed away Sunday, September 11th, 2011. He was born February 28th, 1931 to the late A. H. and Elizabeth Steele Craig of Scott, Arkansas. He is preceded in death by his son Steele Craig Jr. and his daughter Meredith Scott Hubert. Mr. Craig was a veteran, a farmer and a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He enjoyed fishing and was also a member of the North Little Rock Elk's Lodge. Cherishing his memory are his wife of 23 years, Margaret Craig; two daughters, Jonelle Scott Jones and Kristen Craig Gould, both of North Little Rock; six grandchildren; and a host of other friends and relatives. A celebration of Steele's life will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, September 14th, 2011 in the chapel of Griffin Leggett-Rest Hills Funeral Home, 7724 Landers Road, North Little Rock (501) 835-3515, with Rev. Odis Chapman and Steve Craig officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. The family request that memorials be made to Scott Connections, P.O.
