Marlin N. Hearne

Marlin N. Hearne, 83, of Fordyce died Thursday September 15, 2011 at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock. Born January 26, 1928 in Dallas County, he was a son of the late Ed and Bertha Gill Hearne. Mr. Hearne worked as a logger, a salesman, and served in the U.S. Army. He is preceded in death by three brothers and four sisters. Survivors include his wife, Barbara Hearne of Fordyce, son, Ron Hearne and wife Barbie of Dallas, Texas, two granddaughters, Courtney and Jordan Hearne of Dallas, Texas. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at the Benton Funeral Home Chapel. Burial at Stoney Point Cemetery. Arrangements by Benton Funeral Home of Fordyce.
