Angela Brocato Woodyard

Angela Brocato Woodyard, 83, of Heber Springs, Arkansas, formerly of Helena-West Helena, passed away Monday, September 19, 2011 in Heber Springs. Mrs. Woodyard was born April 5, 1928 in Helena, Arkansas to the late Joseph A. Brocato and the late Mary Elizabeth Papa Brocato. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Helena. She is survived by three sons, Jack Bernard Woodyard, Jr. (Beth) of Clear Lake, Texas, Joseph Anthony Woodyard (Jamie) of West Helena, Arkansas, and Christopher Paul Woodyard of Marianna, Arkansas; a daughter, Mary Frances Metts (Danny) of Quitman, Arkansas; twelve grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren; a brother, Anthony Brocato (Carol) of Otho, Missouri; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Bernard Woodyard, Sr.; her parents; a daughter, Angela Johnston; and a brother, Samuel Joseph Brocato. Services for Angela Woodyard will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, September 23, 2011 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Helena. Visitation will be held Thursday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Roller-Citizens. Burial will be at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Helena. Pallbearers are Steven Woodyard, Warren Woodyard, Alan Woodyard, Todd Wetzel, Michael Wetzel and Leonard Rohrscheib, Jr. Honorary pallbearers are Carl Woodyard, Howard Woodyard, Sr., Howard Woodyard, Jr., Jake Byrd and Hunter Byrd.
