Douglas Webster, "Eric" to friends and family, died at his home in Little Rock on September 16, 2011. Eric was born in Newport, Arkansas on March 3, 1973. He was a graduate of Central High and the University of Arkansas-Fayetteville, and a longtime resident of Little Rock, where he worked for the Arkansas Public Defender Commission. He is preceded in death by his grandparents (Douglas Hale, Maud Hale, and Neal Webster). He is survived by his mother (Jennifer Webb), two sisters (Melissa Epperson and Christie Milligan), and Cynthia Webster, his wife of thirteen years and a constant companion during their long and frequent walks through downtown Little Rock. Eric's close friends knew him as quick-witted, caring, and generous, and he was both passionate and learned about his many interests, especially music. The family will receive friends at Roller-Chenal Funeral Home (501) 224-8300 from 10 a.m. until 12 Noon, Saturday, September 24, 2011.
