Robert Lee "Uncle Rob" Dobbins 93, of North Little Rock, Ark. departed this life on September 17, 2011. His loving survivors include: devoted caregivers, Rev. & Mrs. F. R. Dobbins; committed friend, Ellen Dunbar; one special first cousin, Pearl Dobbins; longtime friend, John Matthews of Yorktown, Ohio; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Home going services will be Saturday, September 24, 2011, 11 a.m., at Bethel A.M.E Church, 600 North Cedar Street, North Little Rock, Ark. Interment will follow at Arkansas Memorial Gardens, NLR, Ark.
