Kelsey Malone House

Former Stuttgart, Arkansas, resident Kelsey Malone House, 67, died March 9, 2012. A celebration of life will be 12 noon, Saturday at Roe Community Center in Roe, Arkansas. The family wishes that any one that knew or went to school with Kelsey would come and celebrate his life with them.
