Jacqueline Ann "Jackie" Ann Brown Taylor, age 79, of Texarkana, Texas, died Wednesday, April 11, 2012, in a Texarkana hospital. Mrs. Taylor was born February 12, 1933, in Saffell, Arkansas. JJackie was a retired secretary in the East Baton Rouge Parish School system and a member of Walnut Church of Christ in Texarkana, Texas. She is survived by her husband of sixty one years: James Edward Taylor of Texarkana, Texas; three daughters and sons-in-law: Cathy and Larry Henderson of Texarkana, Texas; Laura and Jack Hodge of Dallas, Texas; Lisa and Ed McFatter of Lake Jackson, Texas; one son and daughter-in-law: Remmel and Ruth Ann Taylor of Louisville, Kentucky; one sister and brother-in-law: Patricia and Keith Williams of Texarkana, Texas ten grandchildren: Ashley Henderson; Katelyn Henderson; Luke Taylor; Joel Taylor; Hannah Taylor; Allison McFatter; Jack David Hodge; Samantha McFatter; Caroline McFatter; Natalie Hodge; host of friends and a number of other relatives. A Memorial Service will be 2 p.m., Saturday at Chapelwood Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. John Cannon officiating. A special thanks to the neighbor hood families for the all the love, prayers and support you gave to us during the illness of our loved one. Jackie was especially happy about her church's new Family Life Center at Walnut Church of Christ.
