JAMES HAYEL McKINNEY, 63, of Jacksonville, departed this life April 17, 2012. He leaves to cherish his memory: two daughters, Dynetta Wallace (Mitchell) and Vanessa Duncombe (Hanklin); three sons, Kevin McKinney Sr. (Ronita), James H. McKinney II (Heaven), and Obina McKinney (Aisha); nine grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; one sister and brother, Elaine and Billy Paul; a host of relatives and friends.
