Grace H. Burchfield

Funeral services for Grace H. Burchfield, 83, will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, December 5, 2012 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Mansfield, La. Officiating the service will be Rev. Jacqueline King. Graveside service will be at 2 p.m., Thursday, December 6, 2012 at Holy Innocents Cemetery in Lake Village, Ark. Visitation will be Wednesday, December 5, 2012 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Mrs. Grace was born October 10, 1929 in Jones, La. to the late Julian and Florence Hogan and passed away December 1, 2012 in Mansfield, La. She was a member of Lakeside United Methodist Church in Lake Village, Arkansas. Her main interests were her love of sewing, quilting and gardening. She really enjoyed family gatherings and the Christmas season. She will be remembered for her famous Christmas gatherings. Preceding Grace in death were her husbands Harry Owen Cobb and Sherrill Oddy Burchfield; brothers, Bud Hogan, Babe Hogan, and Julian E. Hogan; and granddaughter, Angela Grace Cobb. Those left behind to cherish her memory are her son, Bryan Cobb and wife, Joyce; daughter, Bea Pylate and husband, Danny; grandchildren, Julian Pylate and Daniel Cobb; sisters, Lavelle Streeter and Margaret Croswell; and brothers, Lon Hogan and Allen Hogan.
