Our beloved Mother, Caroline Carter left for heaven on Friday, December 7th, 2012. She was and always will be the greatest Mom to Mandy and Cari Quattlebaum of Cabot, Arkansas.

Caroline is also survived by her adoring brother and sister, George Carter and Connie Carter Hanson. She is predeceased by her sister Mary Sue Swanson, her mother Helen Margaret Bernier Carter, and her father George F. Carter, who are all holding her now. She is also survived by her best friend Cheeky, her rescued Chihuahua, and a true companion, leg warmer and service dog.

Caroline was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on October 21, 1945. She grew up on a farm along the river at Pinnacle Mountain. She was a champion horsewoman and artist, and graduated from Mt. Saint Mary Academy in Little Rock. She attended Henderson College in Arkadelphia and University of Arkansas in Little Rock where she met Jerry Quattlebaum, her former husband and father of her children, in an art class. She raised her kids on a farm with him in Cabot surrounded by horses and dogs and love. Caroline was a very successful real estate agent and deeply loved by her clients, colleagues, and her community.

Please join us to celebrate the memory of her beauty, grace, and unforgettable blue eyes at our home at 595 Forbus Road in Cabot this Sunday, December 16th from 2 to 5 p.m. In lieu flowers, memorial contributions to establish a charity in her honor may be mailed to: Mandy & Cari Quattlebaum, 203 W.
