John "Son" M. Bane

John "SON" Bane 85, of Clinton, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, December 19, 2012. He was born December 19, 1927 in Arlburg Community, Arkansas to the late Joseph A. and Ida Lea (Sutterfield) Bane. He was preceded in death by his parents, two infant sisters and one infant brother, two sisters, Laverne Harness, and Betty Sturdevant, and one brother, Dean Bane. He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years Naomi (Roberts) Bane of the home, daughters, Verna Ward and husband Hal, and Tammie Lemings and husband Ronnie, son, Bill Bane and wife Melinda, three granddaughters, four grandsons, two great-grandsons, two great-granddaughters, two brothers, Cecil Bane, Darrell Bane and many nephews, nieces, and friends. Pallbearers: Zack Lemings, Will Ward, Nick Bane, Jacob Bane, Hal Ward, Bill Bane, and Ronnie Lemings. Honorary Pallbearers: Paul Bane, Larry Bane, Joey Bane, David Bane, and Stanley Harness. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Friday, December 21, 2012 and funeral service will be Saturday, December 22, 2012 at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home Chapel Clinton, Arkansas with Brother Billy Don Crow and Will Ward officiating.
