Charles Thomas Carter, 78, of Des Arc died Thursday. Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Nina Carter, three sons, Charlie Carter, Wayne Glover, Keith Glover, one daughter, Teresa Conder, three sisters, Melita Miller, Carolyn Layne, Patricia Carter, four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren.
