Charlotte Goss Whatley

Charlotte Goss Whatley, age 68, of Benton, Arkansas went to be with her Lord on Thursday, February 16, 2012. She was born October 8, 1943 in Little Rock, Arkansas to the late John Calvin Goss and Callie Mae Cochran Goss. She was an accountant for Wal-Mart for 30 years and was a member of the Church at Rock Creek. She was preceded in death by her parents; stepmother, Elizabeth Goss; son, David Calvin Whatley; brothers, Gary, Phillip, David, Wallace Goss and Charles William Barker. She is survived by her husband, George Whatley; daughter, Georgia Whatley of Benton; granddaughter, Alishia Vergason (husband) Shawn; sisters, Mary Bush of Palm Bay, Florida; Cheryl Ball (husband) Larry; Lisa Brewer (husband) Gary both of Mabelvale; brothers, John Goss (wife) Margaret of Benton; Harold Goss (wife) Sue of Alexander; Greg Goss; Gerald Goss (wife) Kathy both of Alexander and numerous nieces and nephews that considered her a second mother. Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Tuesday, February 21, 2012 at Roller-Drummond Funeral Home, 10900 Interstate 30, Little Rock, Arkansas 72209 (501) 455-5800 with Pastor Phillip Stein officiating.
