Robbie Williams Clanton, age 94, of Warren, Ark. died Friday, February 17th at the Crown Point Nursing Home in Sheridan, Ark. She was born April 28, 1917 in Warren, Ark., a daughter of the late Willie Jackson Williams Sr. and Bertha Bevins Williams. She retired from Jack Winter's, was a graduate of the Warren Public School system and the last surviving charter member of Central Missionary Baptist Church. Also preceding her in death was her husband, Ellis Thomas Clanton, a daughter, Carolyn Clanton Lathan Barrett, a brother, Willie Williams and two sisters, Verna Lyon and Ruby White. Survivors include her grandson, Carroll Wayne Lathan and spouse Deborah, Sheridan, Ark. and two great-grandchildren, Tyler Lathan and Kera Lathan both of Sheridan, Ark. Funeral services 10 a.m., Monday, February 20th at Central Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Jerry Carter and Rev. Charles Woolley officiating. Burial in Moseley Cemetery by Frazer's Funeral Home.
