Betty Jewell Steitler

Betty Jewell Steitler, 75, of Beebe, Ark., born March 3, 1937 in Dardanelle, Ark. to Carl and Minnie Earls Clark, went peacefully to be with her Lord on Friday, July 13, 2012, surrounded by family. She was retired from Maybelline. She was preceded in death by parents, Carl and Minnie Earls Clark; siblings, John, Othel, Bill Clark and Mary Wells; husbands, Odis Baker, Virgil Ernest, and Lewis Steitler; and one child, Ray Speers. Betty is survived by nine children, Dale Baker, Ronnie and Sharon Baker, Sharon and Gary Duncan, Michael Baker, Billy and Carla Earnest, Jimmy and Cindy (Johnson) Earnest, Gary and Frances Earnest, Debra and Tommy Strickland, and Paul Speers; 29 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 2-4 p.m. on Sunday, July 15, 2012, at Arkansas Funeral Care, 2620 W. Main Street, Jacksonville, Ark. Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. on Monday, July 16, 2012, at Arkansas Funeral Care. Interment will follow at Westbrook Cemetery in Beebe.
