COLONEL CONRAD LARY BEGGS (USAF Retired), born in Muleshoe, Texas on Aug. 19, 1930, and passed away on the evening of July 13, 2012. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, July 17, 2012 at St. James United Methodist Church in Little Rock. Col.
