Larry McGuire

Larry McGuire, of North Little Rock passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 22, 2012. He was born October 15, 1942 in Garber, Oklahoma to Lawrence and Earlene (Holderfield) McGuire. He served in the United States Navy from 1961-1965. He was retired from his career as a mail carrier for the United States Postal Service. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Jerry McGuire and Chuck McGuire. He is survived by his wife Nell; sons, Michael Jay, Jason and Troy; daughter, Misty; brothers, Jim, Wayne, Mike and Gary; sisters, Kay, Yvonne, Jane and Betsy; and grandchildren, Ashley and Ava. We are deeply saddened by his death. His presence and laughter will be greatly missed. He is now at peace in the hands of our Lord. Post office buddies, thank you, you were great friends. A special thank you to Bill and Kathy and a special thanks to Alys and Roger for the home care they provided and all at Arkansas Hospice. A memorial service will be held 3 p.m., Friday in the North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel.
