Wanema Corine Beck

Wanema Corine Beck, born May 17, 1923 in Sidon, Arkansas, died on July 21, 2012 in Frisco, Texas after several long-suffering illnesses. For the last 10 years she lived in Texas near her daughters and grandchildren. Preceding her in death were her husband of almost 50 years, Oliver Sinclair Beck of Searcy; her parents, Bessie and Porter Vaughan of Searcy; her son, Sammy Beck, her daughter Barbara Beck, and her infant grandson, Phillip. Survivors include her daughters, Shirley Beck Hutson and Betty Beck of Frisco, Texas, grandsons, Jeffrey Hutson of Friendswood, Texas, Brian Hutson and daughter-in-law, Angie Robinson Hutson of Frisco, Texas, great-grandchildren, Brandon, Hailey, Ashton and Race Hutson all of Texas, and three sisters, Gertrude Martindill of Searcy, Rita Sue Martin of North Little Rock and Patricia Clay of Sherwood. Visitation and funeral services will begin on Friday, July 27 at 10 a.m. at Valley Baptist Church in Searcy, Ark. followed by interment at Honey Hill Cemetery with Bro. James Hayes officiating.
