Faye Hill

Faye Hill, age 86, died in her home in North Little Rock on Thursday, May 24, 2012. She was born Feb. 13, 1926, in Caulksville to the late Robert L. and Robbie Willoughby. Faye was an active member of Lakewood United Methodist Church in North Little Rock. In addition, she was a retired medical secretary with the Veterans' Administration hospitals in both Fayetteville and Little Rock. Also, she was a member of Beta Sigma Phi sorority for many years and held the office of secretary. Faye loved to play Bridge and was in several Bridge clubs. She was a loving mother, grandmother and good friend to many. She was also preceded in death by her three sisters, Helen Skeets, Kathryn Lee, and Idell Hall.Faye is survived by her daughter, Lisa Hitt and husband David of Beaumont, Texas; and two grandchildren, Katie Hitt of Dallas and Matthew Hitt of Beaumont. A memorial and graveside service was held at Caulksville Cemetery on May 29, 2012 with the Rev. Bill Van Meter officiating under direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Charleston.
