Mary Juanita Nesbitt

Mary Juanita Nesbitt went to be with her heavenly father on June 11, 2012 at the age of 83. She was born July 8, 1928 in Fouke, Arkansas, to James and Sallie Mitchell. She was the loving and devoted wife of Clifton R. Nesbitt for almost 66 years. She was a member of Pleasant Valley Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her cherished grandson Adam Smith, her parents, siblings Ottis Mitchell, Lillie Mae Crank, Inez Smith, Travis Mitchell, Calvin Mitchell, and David Mitchell. Juanita loved being with her family more than anything else. Mamaw was especially proud of her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is survived by her husband, Clifton R. Nesbitt, brothers Marvin Mitchell, JC Mitchell and Boyce Mitchell, her daughter Patricia Smith and son-in-law James Smith, grandchildren Jenny Janisko and Melissa Wolverton and her great-grandchildren Ben, Ruby, Oliver and Wesley. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Thursday, June 14, 2012, at the funeral home. Funeral service will be 2 p.m., Friday, June 15, 2012, in the chapel of Griffin Leggett Healey & Roth, with Nick Hamilton officiating.
