Rosa Jean Sprinkel

ROSA JEAN SPRINKEL, 86, of Sherwood, joined her Savior and loved ones on March 9, 2012. She departed this world peacefully, surrounded by her family and friends. She was the daughter of the late Mary Tice and Joe LaFerney and step-daughter to Edward Huntley. She was preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Charles O. Sprinkel and her first born whom she loved dearly, James Edward Ballew. She was a loving presence to all who knew her and always looked for the good in people. Her life was an example of her Christian faith and dedication. She provided love, strength and support to her family, even in the face of her hardships. She leaves behind two daughters, Juanita Gale Mitchell of Granbury, Texas and Vivian Sue Beauford of Sherwood; and granddaughter, Jennifer Renea Beauford, who was the fulfillment of her life; and her faithful dog, Molly. Donations in her memory may be made to her church home, Sylvan Hills United Methodist, 9921 Sylvan Hills Hwy, Sherwood, Ark. 72120, which was an important part of her life. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m., Wednesday at Sylvan Hills United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Rest Hills Memorial Park.
