Thomas Jones

Thomas Wayne Jones, age 64, of Little Rock, passed away Monday, March 12, 2012. He was born September 23, 1947 in Prescott, Arkansas. Mr. Jones worked at Alcoa for 17 years and was a carpenter for seven years. He was U.S. Marine Veteran having served in Vietnam and a member of Rock Creek Church in Little Rock. He is survived by two daughters, Carol Jones Davidson (Robbin) of North Little Rock and Terri Jones Rice (Johnny) of Scott; son, Thomas Wayne Jones II of North Little Rock; parents, Dallas and Elsie Jones of Mabelvale; three sisters, Sandy Branch (Ron) of Greenbrier, Shirley McReynolds (Randy) of North Little Rock and Debbie Giffin (Todd) of Alexander; five grandchildren, Randall, Cortney and Kayli Martin and Jackson and Luke Rice and three great-grandchildren, Evan and Easton Martin and Keegyn Idrogo. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, March 16 at Ashby Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 1 p.m., Saturday, March 17 at Ashby Funeral Home with burial at Dee Ann Cemetery in Nevada County.
