Max Raymond McCoy, 65, of Jacksonville passed away Tuesday, March 20, 2012 in Little Rock. He was born December 31, 1946 in Vallejo, California to the late George and Edith McCoy. He was a United States Air Force veteran, a member of the VFW and the Patriot Guard. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sister, Candy Seann Gonzalez. He is survived by his loving wife, Teri McCoy of Jacksonville, son Brian McCoy and wife Allison of Jonesboro, Arkansas, daughters Kim McCoy Leger and husband Jeff, of Seattle, Washington and Michelle McCoy of Jacksonville, a step-son Tony Howerton of Forrest City, Arkansas, siblings; Beau McCoy of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Carolyn Moeller of Anchorage, Alaska, six grandchildren, and a niece, Christina Quesada, of Viscalia, California. Memorial services will be 3 p.m., Friday, March 23, 2012 at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home with Bro. Roy Polk officiating. Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m., prior to service.
