Elizabeth Elaine Billips

Elizabeth Elaine Billips, born to Paul and Elaine Billips, on Oct. 23, 1985, was raised in White Hall, Ark., where she graduated high school in 2004. She was a true lover of life and those around her. She enjoyed singing, golfing, and baking for her family and friends. With a smile that could light up a room, she left an everlasting mark on each heart that she touched. She worked at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock, Ark., where she made countless friends and met the love of her life, Justin Stegall. Their son, Jack Samuel Stegall, was to be a blessing to their lives. Elizabeth passed in her home at Bryant, Ark., on Nov. 7, 2012 at 8:20 a.m., along with her baby boy. Elizabeth is survived by her parents, Paul and Elaine Billips of White Hall, Ark.; her two sisters: Valerie Snyder of New Bern, NC, and Melissa Billips, of White Hall, Ark.; her brother, Joey Billips, of White Hall, Ark.; her fiancé, Justin Stegall of Bryant, Ark.; three grandparents: Harold and Bernice Billips, of Titusville, Fla., and Peggy Hudson of White Hall, Ark.; a brother-in-law, B.J. Snyder, of New Bern, N.C.; her two nieces: Kaylin and Kallie Snyder, of New Bern, N.C.; and her favorite golf partner, and uncle Russell Hudson, of Pine Bluff, Ark.; along with many other aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Jack Samuel Stegall is survived by his father, Justin Stegall, of Bryant, Ark.; his grandparents: Lisa Bridges and Gary Stegall of Benton, Ark., and Paul and Elaine Billips, of White Hall, Ark.; his aunts and uncles: Jeremy and Stephanie Giacoletto-Stegall of Salt Lake City, Utah, Valerie and B.J. Snyder, of New Bern, N.C., Melissa Billips, of White Hall, Ark., Joey Billips of White Hall, Ark. Elizabeth and Jack's service will be officiated by Elizabeth's uncle, Brian Hudson, of Liberty Hill, Texas, on Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2012, at the Taylor-Cox funeral home in Pocahontas, Ark., at 1 p.m. Visitation will be Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2012, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at the Antioch Cemetery in Randolph County. Their pall bearers include: Herrill Herring, of Mims, Fla., Joseph Hill, of White Hall, Ark., Wendell Hudson, of Liberty Hill, Texas, Jeremy Giacoletto-Stegall, of Salt Lake City, Utah, Bryan Jackson, of Bryant, Ark., and Mark Allen, of Little Rock, Ark.
