Nettie June Huffman Williams

Nettie June Huffman Williams, 69, of Sherwood passed away Monday, November 12th, 2012. She was born October 15, 1943 in Craighead County, Arkansas to Jess and Frances Huffman. Mrs. Williams loved her family. She was a very devoted mother, and grandmother. She especially enjoyed her time with grandchildren, reading, scrapbooking and going to the movies. She retired from Southwestern Bell Telephone Company with over thirty years of service. She also was a 1961 graduate of Greene County Tech. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Dale Huffman; and granddaughter, Kelsie. Cherishing her memory are her former husband, Sam Williams; children, Brad Williams (Michelle) of Sherwood, Bryan Williams (Donna) of Sherwood, and Beth McCauley (Jeff) of North Little Rock; brother, Lon Huffman (Mary Ann); two sisters, Judy Williams (Dwight), and Peggy Brown;eight grandchildren, Brittany, Ashley, Tawney , Jessica, Jacob, Jackson, Mackenzie, and Noah; her great-granddaughter, Bonnie; and a host of special friends. A celebration of her life will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, November 17th, 2012 in the chapel of Heath Funeral Home in Paragould, Arkansas. Interment will follow the service at Browns Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, November 15th, 2012 at Griffin Leggett-Rest Hills Funeral Home, in North Little Rock and form 6:to 8 p.m. Friday at Heath Funeral Home.
