Daniel Lee Billings, 56, North Little Rock, departed this life November 17, 2012. He was preceded in death by his parents, James Lee and Murray Lee Billings; brothers, James Billings, Jerry Smith, Maquel Billings. He is survived by one daughter, Patricia Parker; siblings, Beatrice Morris, Arnetta Mayfield and Lonye Billings; seven grandchildren; other family and friends.
