Mark Reeves Cate, 61, of Little Rock, Ark., went to be with the Lord on Nov. 21, 2012. He was born May 4, 1951 in Lincoln, Ark., to the late Dr. N. Lee Cate and Sallye Bobbitt Cate.

He was a friendly people person, was kind to all and a southern gentlemen, was loved by a great number of friends in Osceola, Dumas, Little Rock and throughout Arkansas. He loved history, discussing politics, sports and the Razorbacks.
Mark was invested with the ability to profoundly impact the lives in which he came across. Although his health began to fade in his later years, it was masked ever so well by his joyful demeanor.
