Karen Marie Barnes

Karen Marie Barnes, 47, of Carlisle went to be with her Lord Monday, September 3, 2012 in a hospital in Memphis, TN after battling liver failure for the past five years. She was born in Lewisville, Arkansas. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, mother and one sister. Mrs. Barnes was a mother, wife and Minister. She attended Harvest Fellowship PCG Church in Lonoke. She is survived by her husband, Robert Barnes, one daughter, Randi and Lance Napier of Carlisle, a son, Stephen and Shannon Barnes of DeValls Bluff, four grandchildren, James, Courtney and William Barnes of Texas and Stormie Barnes of DeValls Bluff; one sister, Candy Palestina of Carlisle, a brother Timmy Clark, her father, George Clark, both of DeKalb, Texas; also surviving, her father and mother-in-law, Rev. Robert and Rosie Barnes of McGhee; two brothers-in-law, David and Sharon Barnes of Little Rock, Marl and Shannon Barnes of Springhill, one sister-in-law, LaDenna and Charles Biddle of Mayflower, numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation to be held at Boyd Funeral Home, Lonoke from 6-8 p.m., Wednesday, September 5. Funeral Services will be at 2 p.m., Thursday, September 6 at Harvest Fellowship PCG.
