Ronnie Andrew Ritchey, 68, of Little Rock, Ark. passed away February 9, 2013. He was born on February 29, 1944 to the late Marion and Dora Key Hobbs Ritchey. He is survived by his daughter, Renee Williams, and brother, Darwin (Frances) England, and other family and friends.
