Richard "Dick" Carl Loerch, 84, of Little Rock, passed away February 18, 2013. Born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to Carl and Esther Fleske Loerch, he was a U.S. Army veteran and graduate of the Business School at the University of Pittsburgh. He was a project manager for IBM for 33 years. Among his assignments he managed the lab at Uithorn in the Netherlands. He was a member of Christ Church on Quaker Hill and Trinity Presbyterian Church. He liked blueberries, playing bridge, sailing, singing with the Christ Church DQ's and the Christ Church Singers, and fishing with Frank Nash. Preceded in death by his parents and sisters, Jeanne Miller and Grace Loerch. He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Erna R. Loerch; daughters, Suzanne Loerch (Stephen Feldman) of Little Rock, Amy DeArruda (Michael) of Land O'Lakes, Florida, Jeanne Neverisky (Michael) of Amherst, New Hampshire and Wendy Dietzler (David) of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; sister, Carolyn White (Richard) of Durango, Colorado; and grandchildren, Nicholas, Daniel and Lucas Neverisky, Gina Kirberg (Tim), Ezra and Anna Feldman, and Greta and Laura Dietzler. Services will be Friday, February 22 at 3 p.m. at Trinity Presbyterian Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Memorial Garden at Christ Church on Quaker Hill, 17 Church Rd., Pawling, N.Y. 12564.
