Ella Mae Lock

Ella Mae Lock, 90, of Arkadelphia died Friday, Feb. 22 in Little Rock. She was born May 10, 1922 in Sparkman, the daughter of the late Joseph and Alabama Wright. She was a homemaker and a member of Greater Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. Survivors include one daughter, Shirley Allen of Little Rock; one sister, Delores Walker of Detroit, Mich.; five grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be Friday at 12 noon at the Greater Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Arkadelphia with Dr. Lewis A. Shepherd Jr. officiating. Burial will be in the Sparkman Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Mitchell Funeral Home of Arkadelphia. Visitation will be Thursday from 12 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
