Lois Marshall

Lois Marshall, 91, of Fordyce, went to heaven on July 14th, 2013. She was born on October 22, 1921 to the late John and Mattie Massey near Carthage, Ark. She graduated from Fordyce High School. She married Clifton (Buddy) Marshall who survives her on May 15th, 1943 and recently celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary. She had a sweet, forgiving spirit and loved people. She had two sisters: the late Frances (Gerald) Parham and Joyce (Dick) Bright of Prescott, Ark. She had six children: Ginger (Barry) Draper of Phoenix, Mattie (John) Abraham, the late Paul Marshall, Loy Marshall of Phoenix, Ariz., Martha (Rob) Worley of Conway, Ark., and the late Mary Marshall. She had 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by a daughter-in-law, Jacquie Marshall, and a sister-in-law, Arlene Keeling, of Union City, Tenn. Visitation will be on July 19th from 6-8 p.m. at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce. Funeral services will be on July 20th at 9 a.m. at the Benton Funeral Home Chapel.
