Earnest Lipkins 67 of North Little Rock passed July 19, 2013. Preceded in death by son Felix Lipkins, parents: Jimmy and Gussie Suggs Lipkins, siblings: Nathaniel Lipkins, Olivia Lipkins, Johnie Lipkins,and Jamsie Lipkins.Loving memories left to children: Ronnie Charles Lipkins(Mattie)Askew of North Little Rock, Brenda Lipkins(Bobby)Smith, and Linda Lipkins-Jackson both of Little Rock siblings: Lucille Knighten of Pasadena, Calif.., Modene Rosby, and Sara Jean Conley both of North Little Rock.
