Fred Logan Gaines

Fred Logan Gaines, 83, of North Little Rock, departed this life on Thursday, Feb. 28, 2013. He leaves to cherish his memory, one son, Tommie Lee Allen; daughter-in-law, Alice Allen; two sisters, Margaret Jones of St. Louis, Mo. and Helen (Ladie Bell) Mitchell of North Little Rock. Visitation 1-7 p.m. Thursday, March 7 at Watson-Northcrest Funeral Home, 1801 Maple St., NLR. Chapel services Friday, March 8, 10 a.m. at Watson-Northcrest. The family will be at 321 East 18th Street, NLR.
