Don Strickland Sr.

Don Allen Strickland, Sr. was born April 24, 1952, in Morrilton, Arkansas to Lawrence and Etta Strickland. He was known as "Kickboxer" and was the fifth of eight children. He departed this life, Friday, March 15, 2013. He was preceded in death by his father Lawrence and brother Rickey Strickland. Don leaves to cherish his memories, his wife Barbara, two sons: Anthony Conway, Arkansas, Don, Jr. (Shannon) Little Rock, Arkansas, four sisters: Trish Omaha, Nebraska, Charletta (Frank) Memphis, Tennessee, Linda Fairfield, California, Mechelle Conway, Arkansas, two brothers: Foyce Sr. (Karen) Kansas City, Missouri, and Gary Menifee, Arkansas, a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends to celebrate his homegoing. Memorial services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, March 23, 2013 Lewis Street Church of Christ, 2716 Lewis Street, Little Rock, Arkansas.
