Woodrow W. Harrell, age 78, passed away on Thursday May 2, 2013. He was born June 6, 1934 in Cato, Arkansas. Woodrow was a retired Truck Driver and a member of Sardis United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gerald and Alice Hackler Harrell, brother, Roland Harrell, two sisters, Vivinell Turner, and Elmus L. Barnard.bSurvivors include sister, Ola Speer, Sardis; Nieces and nephews, Marvin Barnard, Arthur B. Barnard, Howard J. Winkler, Jimmy C. Winkler, Lester Harrell, Alice Weeks, Denver Barnard, Catherine Hobby, Charlotte Burguss, Anna Fay Yarberry, Pat Wilson, and Cindy Cope, and special friend, Maelyn Pennington. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Ashby's. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Sardis United Methodist Church, with burial at McPherson Cemetery. Minister will be Rev.
