Inez Leola (Fenley) Wilson

Inez Leola (Fenley) Wilson, age 86, of Bryant went to be with the Lord on May 7, 2013. Inez passed away at St. Vincent Infirmary after a short illness. Inez was born October 29, 1926 in Quitman, Ark., to Virgil & Aniline Fenley. Inez was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Paul (Helen) Fenley of Mabelvale & Glean Fenley of Quitman. Inez loved family Thanksgiving and Christmas fellowship, traveling the US, and, always looked forward to the annual Wilson/Brewer trip to Branson and shopping at the ‘frog' store. She loved planting her flowers every spring, especially her zinnias, and all the butterflies & hummingbirds they attracted. She was a homemaker, a loving wife and Mother. She was a member of Indian Springs Baptist Church. She leaves the cherished memory a loving husband of 65 years, Horace Wilson of Bryant, brother Roland (Delores) Fenley of Quitman, sons David (Becky) Wilson of Bryant, Larry (Rebecca) Wilson of Quitman, Mark (Liz) Wilson of Mabelvale. Grandchildren Jamie (Jared) Deason and Chris (Michelle) DuJardin of Little Rock, Janna Wilson of Bryant, Marcus and Alanah Wilson of Mabelvale, and five great-grandchildren. The family would like to thank the Doctors and Nursing staff of St. Vincent Infirmary SICU, and, Arkansas Hospice for the loving care given to Inez and her family during her stay. Also, special thanks to her loving church family and many friends for their support. Visitation will be at Ashby Funeral Home, Benton, Ark. on Friday, May 10 from 6-8 p.m. Funeral services will be at Ashby on Saturday, May 11 at 10 a.m. Interment will be at Pinecrest Memorial Park, 7401 Hwy 5 North, Alexander. In lieu of flowers, you may send a donation to your local animal shelter or favorite charity in her name.
