Connie Marie Winters, age 47, of Dumas, passed away at her home on May 21, 2013. She was born May 5, 1966 in South Korea. She is preceded in death by her grandparents; Edward and Ellen Marie Shriver. She is survived by her sons, Daniel C. Winters of Wisconsin, Steven E. Winters of Wisconsin and Thomas S. Winters of the home; parents, William F. and Mary E. Shriver of Provo, Utah and one sister, Donnie (James) Fancher of Cabot.
