Gertie Lou Breedlove Collins Vaughn

Gertie Lou Breedlove Collins Vaughn, 93, of North Little Rock passed away Sunday, May 26, 2013 in Monticello. She was a member of Glad Tidings Assembly of God, a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She is survived by her daughter, Joyce Grimes, of Jacksonville; sons, Dale Collins and wife, Dora, of North Little Rock, Wayne Collins and wife, Jean, of Monticello and Roy Lynn Collins and wife, Lisa, of North Little Rock; and sister, Ida May Williams, of Mississippi; 18 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Elbert Collins and George Vaughn; and her siblings, Ira, Lercy and Curtis Breedlove, Velma Hinson, Beatrice McClellan and Maudy Sadler; and her children, Billy Roger Collins, Shelby Bennett Collins and Betty Lou Collins. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday at Pershing United Pentecostal Church. Burial will be in Edgewood Memorial Park.
